Brain Break!

In kindergarten, we are working so hard that sometimes our brains need a break! Sometimes these brain breaks are as simple as standing up and wiggling our bodies to wake up a little. Other times, we play a quick game of "Mrs. Johnson Says," or "I Spy." With this class, more often than not, the brain break involves some sort of singing and dancing! These kids LOVE to shake their tail feathers! One of their favorite songs to dance to is "If You're A Kid, Dance Around!" They beg me for this "brain break" daily! Here is a link to this song.
