H.C.S. Garden

We are so lucky at H.C.S. to have an amazing garden full of healthy vegetables, fruits, and beautiful flowers. Today, our class had the opportunity to help out in the garden by picking carrots and beans. Mrs. Eichen, a Literacy Coordinator at our school and an expert gardener, helped to teach us the proper way to pick these veggies. We had so much fun and were super excited to see the food we picked as some of the healthy options in the cafeteria at lunch time!
